Terms and Conditions

1. "Affiliate(s)" shall mean with respect to JML, any Person directly or indirectly controlling, controlled by, or under direct or indirect common control with such Person.
2. "Content" shall mean and include all audio-visual works, audio, sound recordings, trademarks, brands, texts or literary work, images, photographs, graphics designs, brand features, visual interfaces, web-links, music, artwork, all interactive content, etc. in digital/electronic format etc. including any adaptations thereof, made available to you through the Platform or any third party provider website/application.
3. "Device" shall mean and include all internet enabled devices, now known or later developed, including all smart phones, phablets, tablets, television sets, smart/internet capable television sets, set top boxes, notebooks, personal computers, personal digital assistants, gaming consoles, kiosks, portable players, wearable gears such as Google Eye Glass or the Samsung Gear, any other device which can/shall be able to receive the streaming(via chrome cast, air-play or similar technology) /viewing/downloading signal using internet based data transfer through the respective operating systems (i.e., iOS, Android, Kai OS, and all other operating systems, as may be added from time to time by JML at it's sole discretion) on all such devices.
4. "Person" shall mean any individual, partnership firm, limited liability company, joint venture, syndicate, sole proprietorship, corporation, unincorporated association, trust, trustee, executor, administrator or other legal personal representative, or any other legal entity.

1. To access, view and/or use the Platform, you have to login by entering OTP (one time login password) sent to you on your mobile number on which you have downloaded the Platform. You agree not to reveal your OTP to anyone and that your use of the Platform shall be for your personal and non-commercial purpose only. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your OTP and for all activities that occur on or through your user account. To protect your OTP, keep your OTP confidential. You agree to immediately notify JML of any security breach of your user account. JML shall not be responsible for any losses arising out of the unauthorized use of your user account. You confirm and warrant that all the data and information supplied by you to JML when you register and create your user account shall be true, updated, complete and accurate in all respects.
2. On creation of a user account, you shall be able to access/ view/ stream/ temporarily download the Content on your compatible Device and share the Content with our other users of the Platform.
3. You shall be entitled to use the Platform and have access to such Content on a trial basis for such duration as deem fit by JML. If you wish to continue to enjoy the services offered by the Platform and access the Content, then, you shall subscribe to the telecommunication services offered by our Affiliate, Reliance Jio Infocomm Limited ("RJIL"). In case, you don't subscribe to the telecommunication services offered by RJIL, then, you shall be entitled to access the Platform only through website and you shall be able to only view photos, images, videos and RSS feeds, however such access to may be changed per JML's sole discretion.
4. Your usage of this Platform and/or the Content(s) will require your permission to enable us to find the location of the Device through which the Platform and/or Contents is accessed, read phone statistics and identity, etc. You acknowledge and agree that you are providing JML with such permissions when you use/access/view the Platform or the Content(s) therein.
5. You may, at the sole discretion of JML, be permitted to write comments/ reviews/ provide your feedback regarding the Content on social networking websites through the social networking capabilities incorporated in the Platform. However, while providing such comments/ reviews/ feedback you shall always comply with Section 4(J) of this Terms of Use.
6. You give JML express rights and consent to display your rating/review in relation to the relevant Content on the Platform, including making it available to other Platform users for their viewing. You acknowledge that we may change these features without providing any prior notice to you. Further, the degrees of associated information sharing, and functionality of the Platform may also change without any prior notice to you.
7. JML may, at its sole discretion, use any comments, information, ideas, concepts, reviews, or techniques or any other materials contained in any communication between JML and you ("User Feedback") for any purpose whatsoever including, but not limited to, developing, creating, modifying, improving and marketing products and our Platform. Such User Feedback shall, include your responses to questionnaires, postings on the Platform and any other submissions made by you. By posting/submitting any User Feedback on the Platform, you grant JML a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, irrevocable, sub-licensable, transferable license and right in such User Feedback, including the right to display, use, reproduce, or modify the User Feedback in any media, software or technology of any kind, whether existing now or developed in the future. JML may use such User Feedback without providing any compensation, in cash or in kind, any acknowledgement or payment to you. JML reserves the right to remove any User Feedback at its sole discretion and/or upon request of any third party if such User Feedback creates potential liability for JML or harms the reputation of JML and/or its Affiliates or is offensive, inappropriate, defamatory, obscene or libellous in nature or violates any of the terms of this Terms of User or any applicable laws.
8. Operators of public search engines have the permission to use functionalities like spiders to copy materials from the Platform for the sole purpose of creating publicly available searchable indices of the materials, but not caches or archives of such materials. We reserve the right to revoke these exceptions either generally or in specific cases, at our sole discretion. You agree not to collect or harvest any personally identifiable information, including account names, from the Platform, nor to use the communication systems provided by the Platform for any commercial solicitation purposes. Further, you agree to not solicit, for commercial purposes, any users of the Platform with respect to its User Feedback.

Modifications of the Terms of Use: JML reserves the right to change the Terms of Use under which the Platform is operated, and services are offered, including but not limited to the charges, if any, associated with the use of the Platform. The Terms of Use may be further modified based on changes in the business, legal and regulatory requirements and will be updated online. JML will periodically and at least once a year notify you of any changes to the Terms of Use. You are encouraged to periodically visit this page to review these Terms of Use and any changes to it. If you disagree with any of the changes to the Terms of Use, you can refrain from accessing or using the Platform by uninstalling the Platform. Your continued access or use or availing of the Platform following the changes in the Terms of Use and/ or the Privacy Policy, shall indicate your acceptance and acknowledgement of the changes and you hereby agree, undertake and confirm that you shall be bound by the revised Terms of Use and/or the Privacy Policy.

JML and its Affiliates hold no responsibility for the materials contained in the Content or in accuracy of the Content accessible by you through your use of the Platform. You acknowledge that the Platform is merely an intermediary/ enabling technology that allows you to search for and access the Content. In no event shall JML or its Affiliates assume or have any responsibility or liability for the Content accessible by use of the Platform or for any claims, damages or losses resulting from the use of the Content.

Some part of the services provided by the Platform may be sourced from a third party and may only be hosted and made available by JML. The Platform may contain the links or pointers to other websites, but you should not infer or assume that JML operates, controls, manages or is otherwise connected with such other websites. When you click on a link within the Platform, JML may not warn you that you have left the Platform and you are subject to the terms and conditions (including privacy policies) of such another website. Please be careful to read the terms of use and privacy policy of such third-party website before you provide any confidential information or engage in any transactions in such websites. This Terms of Use do not govern your use/access of such third-party websites. JML is not responsible for the content or practices of third-party website even if it links to the website or is operated by a company affiliated or otherwise connected with JML. You acknowledge and agree that JML is not responsible or liable to you for any content or other materials hosted and served from third party website.

Part of the Platform may contain advertising information or promotion material, or other material submitted to JML by third parties. Responsibility for ensuring that such material submitted for inclusion on the Platform complies with applicable international and national law is exclusively on the party providing such information/material/advertisement. Your correspondence or business dealings with, or participation in promotions of advertisers including payment and delivery of related goods or services, and any other terms, conditions, warranties or representations associated with such dealings, are solely between you and such advertiser. Before relying on any advertising material, you should independently verify its relevance for your purpose, and should obtain appropriate professional advice. JML shall not be responsible nor liable for any loss or claim that you may have against an advertiser or any consequential damages arising on account of you relying on the contents of the advertisement.

You acknowledge and agree that the use of any third-party websites is governed by such third party’s terms of use, license agreement, privacy policy, or other such agreement. THE COMPANY DISCLAIMS ANY AND ALL RESPONSIBILITY FOR ANY DISCLOSURE OF INFORMATION OR ANY OTHER PRACTICES OF ANY THIRD PARTY. JML EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY WARRANTY WITH RESPECT TO YOUR PERSONAL OR OTHER INFORMATION THAT MAY BE COLLECTED, PROCESSED, SHARED OR RETAINED BY ANY THIRD PARTY.

When you use the Platform or send emails or other data, information or communication to JML, you agree and understand that you are communicating with JML through electronic records and you consent to receive communications via electronic records from JML periodically and as and when required. JML may communicate with you by email provided by you in your communications or at the time of registration or by any other mode of communication, electronic or otherwise.

1. Software License: You hereby agree that all rights, title and interests in the Platform solely and exclusively vest with JML and/or such third parties from whom JML derives such rights. Subject to your strict and full compliance with this Terms of Use, JML hereby grants you a revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable, limited personal license, to download, install and use the Platform on the compatible Devices owned and controlled by you, and to access and use the Content only through the Platform on such compatible Devices, strictly in accordance with this Terms of Use. The Platform includes (i) the software application in object code that you may access and download; (ii) the scripts, interfaces, graphics, displays, text, documentation and other components/associated data and information made available to you; and (iii) any updates, modifications, or enhancements to or any part thereof, as may be provided by JML.
2. Content License: The Content is owned or licensed by third party content providers and licensed/sub-licensed to JML. Subject to your strict and full compliance with these Terms of Use, JML, hereby grants you for the territory of India, a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sub-licensable and revocable license to use the Content strictly for your private and personal use and non-commercial viewing/ streaming/ temporarily downloading, on your compatible Device.
3. Except for the rights to use granted herein, no other rights are granted to you with respect to the Platform or the Content, either by implication, estoppel, or otherwise.

1. The Platform is merely intended as a means to deliver the Content. Your access to the Platform and/or the Content signifies your consent to view/receive all such Content. You agree and acknowledge that by use of the Platform, you do not acquire any ownership rights in the Platform or the Content. You shall view the Content only by way of streaming/ temporarily downloading or any other functionality provided through the Platform by JML or through any third-party provider platform. You agree to be bound and comply with the terms and conditions of such third-party provider's platform.
2. The Platform, all Content and other material made available through the Platform constitutes material proprietary to JML or its content providers, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws, and may not be used by you, except as permitted by JML.
3. JML may, in its sole discretion, and without any obligation or liability towards you, add or delete one or more Content, or any feature from the Platform, or modify any of your rights or authorizations at any time, without any notice to you. You agree to abide by the changes made by JML at its sole discretion.
4. Use of the Platform requires: (i) compatible Devices, (ii) internet access and (iii) within territory of India (as some features of the Platform, Content may not be available outside India). Further, certain software (fees may apply), in your Device or in the Platform may require periodic updates, upgrades and use of the Platform along with its performance may be affected by the performance of these factors. High-speed internet access is strongly recommended for regular use of Platform to access the Content. The latest version of the Platform is recommended to access the Content and may be required for certain transactions or features. You agree that meeting these requirements, which may change from time to time, is your responsibility.
5. Periodically and without prior notice to you, JML may provide updates, upgrades of the Platform. However, JML shall be under no obligation to do so. All updates/upgrades provided by JML will be subject to this Terms of Use.

1. You hereby agree and assure JML that the Platform shall be used for lawful purposes only and that you will not violate laws, regulations, ordinances or other such requirements of any applicable Central, State or local government or any other international laws. You shall use the Platform strictly in accordance with this Terms of Use and shall not: (i) decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or attempt to derive the source code of or in any manner decrypt the Platform; (ii) make any modification, adaptation or improvement, enhancement, or derivative work from the Platform or Content or incorporate any portion of the Platform into your own programs or compile any portion of it in combination with your own programs, transfer it for use with another service; (iii) violate any applicable laws or regulations including but not limited to intellectual property rights, import and export control laws and regulations in connection with your access or use of the Platform or the Content; (iv) remove or obscure or modify any proprietary notice (including any notice of copyright or trademark) forming a part of the Platform or the Content; (v) use the Platform or the Content for any revenue generation endeavour, or any other purpose for which it is not designed or intended; (vi) install, use or permit the Platform to exist on more than one Device at a time or on any other applicable Device, other than by means of your separate downloads of the Platform, each of which is subject to a separate license and at the sole discretion of JML; (vii) distribute or link the Platform or Content being provided to multiple Devices, or websites or any digital application; (viii) make available the Platform over a network or other environment permitting access or use by multiple users at the same time or where it could be used by multiple Devices at the same time, whether or not the same is for commercial use; (ix) shall not indulge in any activity that may interrupt, destroy, alter, damage, delay, or limit the functionality or integrity of the Platform or the Content including that of, any associated software, hardware, telecommunications or wireless equipment; (x) may manipulate identifiers, or numeric information to disguise the origin of any user, device, material or other information; (xi) use the Platform for data mining, scraping, crawling, redirecting, or for any purpose not in accordance with the terms of this Terms of Use; (xii) use the Platform to attempt to interfere with the proper display of the Content or use the Platform in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair and not to undertake any action which is harmful or potentially harmful to any JML's server, or the network(s), computer systems / resource connected to any JML server, or interfere with any other party's/user's use and enjoyment of the Platform; (xiii) use the Platform for undertaking any hacking activities like breaching or attempt to breach the security of another user or attempt to gain access to any other person's computer, software or data without the knowledge and consent of such person or obtain or attempt to obtain any materials or information through any means not intentionally made available through the Platform; (xii) use the Platform for creating a service or software that is directly or indirectly, competitive with the Platform or any services offered by JML; (xiv) derive any confidential information, processes, data or algorithms from the Platform; (xv) post, distribute, or otherwise make available or transmit any software or other computer files that contain a virus, trojan horses, time bombs, bots, botnets, malicious content, content theft, data manipulation, threats or any other harmful programs or elements or component; (xvi) impersonate any person or entity, including, but not limited to, JML's official, forum leader, guide or host, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity. (xvii) use any kind of measures, mechanisms or tools (software or hardware) that could interfere with the functioning of Platform or any of its services.
2. You agree not to use the Platform for any activity relating to infringement of any intellectual property rights, including any trademarks, service marks, or trade names, privacy rights, personality rights, confidential information or any other proprietary rights of any third party. You shall not use the Platform and access the Content through the Platform outside the territory of the Republic of India, unless permitted by JML. JML shall have the right to use various technologies and digital rights management mechanisms to enforce this territorial restriction and/or to verify your compliance with this restriction.
3. Nothing contained herein shall be construed or implied to grant any right or license to use any trademarks, trade names, service marks or logos, which are a part of the Platform or the Content, without the prior written consent of the owner of rights in such marks.
4. You agree not to incorporate the Content into, or stream or retransmit the Content via, any hardware or software applications, websites or make it available via frames or in-line links or via any other means unless expressly permitted by JML under this Terms of Use.
5. You shall not access the Content by any means other than through the Platform. You shall, unless explicitly provided herein, neither directly nor through the use of any device, software, web-based service, or any other means copy, download, stream capture, reproduce, duplicate, archive, distribute, upload, publish, re-publish, modify, translate, broadcast, perform, publicly display, sell, transmit or retransmit, edit, re-use, adapt, incorporate or create any derivative works of, any Content streamed/ viewed/ downloaded from the Platform.
6. You are permitted to use and exploit a particular Content personally only in accordance with the rights granted by JML for that particular Content. You agree not to, or permit anyone else to, circumvent, disable or otherwise interfere with security-related features and any digital rights management mechanisms of the Platform including the features that prevent or restrict use or copying of any Content provided to you through the Platform.
7. JML does not endorse any Content made available through the Platform, or any opinion, recommendation, or advice expressed thereon by any user and JML expressly disclaims any and all liability in connection with such views or opinions or comments provided by the users.
8. JML shall use reasonable efforts to make the Content available to the users, at all times through the Platform. However, the Content is provided over the internet, data and cellular networks and so the quality and availability of the same may be affected by factors outside JML's control. Accordingly, JML does not accept any responsibility for unavailability of the Platform and/or Content, at any time. JML will not be responsible for any support or maintenance for the Platform and for any third-party provider through which Content is made available to you.
9. Notwithstanding anything contained hereinabove, you agree that you will not host, display, upload, modify, publish, transmit, update or share any information through this Platform or provide any User Feedback that:

   1. belongs to another person and to which you do not have any right;
   2. is grossly harmful, harassing, blasphemous, defamatory, obscene, pornographic, paedophilic, libellous, invasive of other's privacy, hateful, intending to outrage religious sentiments of any class, section or community or racially, ethnically objectionable, disparaging, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise unlawful in any manner whatsoever;
   3. harm minors in any way;
   4. infringes any patent, trademark, copyright or other proprietary rights;
   5. violates any applicable laws;
   6. deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of such messages or communicates any information which is grossly offensive or menacing in nature;
   7. impersonates another person;
   8. Involves the transmission of “junk mail”, “chained letters”, or unsolicited mass mailing or “spamming”;
   9. contains software viruses or any other computer code, files or programs designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource; and
   10. threatens the unity, integrity, defence, security or sovereignty of India, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order or causes incitement to the commission of any cognisable offence or prevents investigation of any offence or is insulting any other nation or promotes or encourages terrorism and other forms of violence against the State (of India) or its institutions;
   11. deliberately and maliciously disrespects the national emblem or national flag of India.

10. We are committed to safeguard the security and confidentiality of any information you provide to us. We understand that you accept the inherent security implications of providing information over the internet or world wide web and you agree to not hold us responsible for any breach of security or disclosure of personal information. If you become aware of any violation of the security of data or this Terms of Use, please contact us immediately at grievance.officer@jio.com. 1. JML, at its sole discretion, may terminate or suspend your user account or access to the Content without any obligation to serve any prior notice and without any obligations or liabilities towards you or towards any third parties.
2. Upon your breach of this Terms of Use, the Privacy Policy or any other restrictions or guidelines of JML for use of the Platform and/or accessing any of the Content, JML reserves the right to take any responsive actions which JML may deem appropriate. Such actions may include (but may not be limited to) temporary or permanent removal of Content, immediate suspension or cancellation of your user account or access to the Content via the Platform.
3. JML may take any other legal or technical action against you that JML may deem appropriate, including any action against offenders to recover the costs and expenses of identifying them.
4. Upon any such cancellation of user account or access to the Platform, JML will be authorised to delete any files, programs, data and email messages associated with your account/usage.
5. JML may directly or through third party service providers send information to you about the various services offered by JML from time to time.

1. To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release and waive any and all claims and/or liability against JML arising from connection with your use of the Platform and /or any Contents thereto.
2. You also agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless, JML, its Affiliates, any third party service providers and their respective directors, officers, personnel, contractors, agents and other users, for and against any and all claims, suits, judgment, losses, damages, costs, obligations and expenses arising or relating to your use of the Platform and/or the Content or your breach of this Terms of Use or the Privacy Policy or any other restrictions or guidelines of any third party, as stated under this Terms of Use. This indemnification obligation will survive this Terms of Use and will continue even after you cease to use the Platform/Content or your user account has been terminated or suspended by JML.

1. IN NO EVENT SHALL JML, ITS AFFILIATES AND THEIR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INFORMATION, CONTENT, OR SERVICES AVAILABLE THROUGH THIS PLATFORM.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS CONTAINED IN THIS INFORMATION OR ANY FAILURE TO UPDATE OR CORRECT THIS INFORMATION AND THE SERVICES BY THIS PLATFORM WHICH IS ON "AS-IS", “AS- AVAILABLE” AND "WITH ALL FAULTS AND RISKS BASIS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT OR THAT USE OF THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ACCURATE, TIMELY, RELIABLE OR ERROR-FREE. YOU UNDERSTAND THAT ACCESSING THE INTERNET OR TELECOMMUNICATION SERVICES MAY BE HARMFUL OR CAUSE LOSSES, INJURY OR DAMAGES TO YOU. AS A USER OF THIS PLATFORM, YOU SHOULD MAKE YOUR OWN ENQUIRIES BEFORE ENTERING INTO ANY TRANSACTION ON THE BASIS OF OR IN RELIANCE UPON THE CONTENT. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE, OUR AFFILIATES AND OUR RESPECTIVE EMPLOYEES, DIRECTORS, OFFICERS, AGENTS AND CONTRACTORS EXCLUDE ALL LIABILITY FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE (INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, INDIRECT, SPECIAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS OR DAMAGE) FOR LOSS OF PROFITS OR CONFIDENTIAL OR OTHER INFORMATION, FOR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, FOR PERSONAL INJURY, FOR LOSS OF PRIVACY, FOR FAILURE TO MEET ANY DUTY INCLUDING OF GOOD FAITH OR OF REASONABLE CARE, FOR NEGLIGENCE, INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM ARISING FROM THE USE OF, OR RELIANCE UPON THE CONTENT WHETHER OR NOT THIS IS CAUSED BY A NEGLIGENT ACT OR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE ARISING OUT OF OR IN RELATION TO ACTS OF GOD OR ACT OF THIRD PARTY THAT IS BEYOND THE CONTROL OF JML.
3. WE EXPRESSLY RESERVE THE RIGHT, AT OUR SOLE DISCRETION, TO SUSPEND, CHANGE, MODIFY, ADD OR REMOVE PORTIONS/FEATURE/FUNCTIONALITY OF THE PLATFORM AND TO RESTRICT OR TERMINATE THE USE AND ACCESSIBILITY OF THE PLATFORM WITHOUT ANY PRIOR NOTICE.
4. JML MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR GUARANTEES THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE FREE FROM ANY BUGS, VIRUSES, TROJAN HORSES, OR THE LIKE WHICH MAY BE TRANSMITTED TO OR THROUGH OUR PLATFORM BY ANY THIRD PARTY, AND/OR ANY ERRORS OR OMISSIONS IN ANY CONTENT OR FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE OF ANY KIND INCURRED AS A RESULT OF THE USE OF ANY CONTENTS ACCESSED BY YOU THROUGH THE PLATFORM.
5. TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, JML PROVIDES NO WARRANTY ON USE OF THE CONTENT AND SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR THE SAME UNDER INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS, LIBEL, PRIVACY, PUBLICITY, OBSCENITY OR OTHER LAWS. JML ALSO DISCLAIMS ALL LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE MISUSE, LOSS, MODIFICATION OR UNAVAILABILITY OF ANY CONTENT.
6. ANY OTHER SERVICE(S) AND COMPANY NAMES MENTIONED HEREIN MAY BE TRADEMARKS, SERVICE MARKS OR TRADE NAMES OF THEIR RESPECTIVE OWNERS. YOUR ACCESS TO THIS PLATFROM SHOULD NOT BE CONSTRUED AS GRANTING, BY IMPLICATION, ESTOPPEL OR OTHERWISE, ANY LICENSE OR RIGHT TO USE ANY MARKS, NAMES APPEARING ON THE PLATFORM WITHOUT THE PRIOR WRITTEN CONSENT OF THE THIRD-PARTY OWNER THEREOF.

You assume the entire risk of accessing and/or using the Platform and the Content. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, in no event shall JML be liable to you for any direct, special, incidental, indirect, punitive or consequential damages whatsoever (including, without limitation, damages for loss of use, loss of business profits, business interruption, loss of information, or any other pecuniary loss) arising out of the use of, or inability to use or access, the Platform or the Content or for any security breach or any virus, bug, time-bomb, malware, spyware, unauthorized intervention, defect, or technical malfunctioning of the Platform/Device, whether or not foreseeable or whether or not JML has been advised of the possibility of such damages, or based on any theory of liability, including breach of contract or warranty, negligence or other tortious action, or any other claim arising out, of or in connection with, your use of, or access to, the Platform or the Content. Further, JML shall not be liable to you for any temporary disablement, partial unavailability, permanent discontinuance or modification of the Platform (including its features) by JML or for any consequences resulting from such actions.

JML reserves right to refuse, restrict, suspend, terminate your user account or your access to all or any part of Platform and/or Content or to move, or remove any Content that is available on or through the Platform. Deactivate or delete your user account and all related information and files in your user account in its sole discretion with or without cause, and with or without any prior notice for any violation of the Terms of Use. Upon such termination or suspension, your right to use your user account and the Platform will immediately cease

JML may send information and offer products and services to you from time to time. Notwithstanding the foregoing, JML reserves the right to disclose any information in response to / that it is required to be shared, disclosed or made available to any governmental, administrative, regulatory or judicial authority under any law or regulation applicable to JML. Further, JML may (and you authorize JML to) disclose your name, street address, city, state, zip code, country, phone number, email, social media account(s) and company name to Intellectual Property right's owners, as we in our sole discretion believe necessary or appropriate in connection with an investigation of fraud, intellectual property infringement, piracy, or other unlawful activity.

This Terms is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Republic of India. The courts in Mumbai shall have exclusive jurisdiction to hear disputes arising out of the Terms.

None of the provisions of this Terms of Use shall be deemed to constitute a partnership, franchise, joint venture, association of persons or agency between you and JML and you shall have no authority to bind JML in any manner, whatsoever.

This Terms of Use are subject to modification based on changes in the business, legal and regulatory requirements and will be made available to you online. It is your responsibility to check these Terms of Use periodically for changes. Discontinuing use of the Platform will not affect the applicability of the Terms of Use to your prior uses of the Platform. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of changes to these Terms of Use will mean that you accept and agree to the changes to these Terms of Use.

JML shall be under no liability whatsoever in the event of non-availability of any portion of the Platform or Content occasioned by act of God, war, disease, revolution, riot, civil commotion, strike, lockout, flood, fire, pandemic, failure of any public utility, man-made disaster, infrastructure failure, laws or government action/order/direction, or any other cause whatsoever beyond the reasonable control of JML.

Any failure by JML to enforce this Terms of Use, for whatever reason, shall not necessarily be construed as a waiver of any right to do so at any time.

If any of the provisions of this Terms of Use are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that part of the Terms of Use will be deemed severable and will not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining provisions of the Terms of Use.

This Terms of Use including the Privacy Policy, as amended from time to time, constitutes the entire agreement between the you and JML and supersedes all prior understandings between you and JML relating to the subject matter herein.

If you have any grievances in relation to the Platform or its Content, you may send a notice to Grievance Redressal Officer at grievance.officer@jio.com. We shall try to resolve the grievances as per timelines prescribed in applicable law.
